The Company
Our client is a well-established and growing Wealth Management Practice with more than 50 employees spread across four offices.
Over the past few years, the business has continued to expand steadily, creating excellent opportunities for employee development and internal progression. Despite their growth, they have worked hard to maintain the friendly, close-knit culture and “family feel” that has always been central to the business.
The Practice Manager is hugely passionate about team wellbeing and creating a positive working environment with strong staff retention and clear structure across the business, as well as development opportunities.
The company is also deeply embedded within the local communities surrounding each of their offices, making cultural fit and teamwork incredibly important.
The Role
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys the organisational side of financial planning administration and the client relationships, and wants to be part of a structured and collaborative team environment.
You’ll be supporting advisers with the day-to-day administration involved in delivering high-quality financial planning services to clients, ensuring everything is managed efficiently and accurately behind the scenes.
Typical duties will include:
- Processing and managing financial planning administration tasks
- Liaising with providers and obtaining policy information
- Preparing documentation and supporting advisers with client servicing tasks
- Managing client records and maintaining accurate systems
- Helping ensure workflows and servicing standards are maintained
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative and organisational duties
One of the standout features of this business is the structured career development support they provide.
Whether your long-term goal is to progress into paraplanning, move towards advice, or continue developing within administration, they offer:
- Structured career development plans
- Full exam support
- Pay rises for exams passed
- Ongoing mentorship and regular 1:1s to establish goals
- Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
- Office-based working environment
