What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Clients Relationship Manager team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high\-quality, holistic service to high\-net\-worth clients, ensuring efficient execution of financial trans\-actions while maintaining strong relationships and full regulatory compliance* Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients, providing holistic wealth management and invest\-ment services.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term relationship development.
- Process and monitor client securities orders across financial markets.
- Process cash transfer orders and support the management of client liquidity.
- Support and coordinate client onboarding activities, including documentation and account opening procedures.
- Deal with credit\-related requests and documentation.
- Perform a range of administrative and operational tasks related to the holistic management of client portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance teams on KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Back Office teams to ensure proper settlement of transactions and operational follow\-up.
- Maintain high standards of client service while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
Your profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial markets, private banking, or wealth management
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, trading processes, and client portfolio management
- Knowledge of Equalizer and Olympic software is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational and client\-related tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal departments (Compliance, Back Office, Credit, etc.).
- Fluent English. Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
