Mission
By joining Union Bancaire Privée (Europe) S.A. wealth management division as an Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support the Senior Relationship Managers and customers according to our quality standards and banking regulations.
Main responsibilities
- Administrative support to Relationship Managers:
+ Monitor account‑opening processes end‑to‑end, coordinating outstanding items and approvals.
+ Collect, validate, and maintain KYC/CDD documentation; track renewals and trigger periodic reviews.
+ Update CRM/client records and ensure documentation is audit‑ready.
- Transaction and operations execution:
+ Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Front Office to ensure timely settlement and issue resolution.
+ Apply regulatory requirements and internal procedures; escalate exceptions and maintain proper controls.
+ Reconcile transactions and maintain logs/SOPs for audit and MI reporting.
- Client service and inquiry management:
+ Proactively communicate status on onboarding, KYC, and transaction execution.
+ Identify and address service gaps; contribute to continuous improvement of client experience.
+ Uphold high service levels (SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics).
Your profile
- Higher education in Banking, Finance or Wealth Management.
- A previous experience, of 3\-5 years, in WM (front\-office and facing clients) is required.
- Committed team player with good capacities of working autonomously.
- Client focused with a deep sense of discretion/confidentiality and problem\-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- Being bilingual in English and French is a must. Knowledge of a third language (Portuguese, Italian...) is a considered asset.
