We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Consultant

Are you passionate about websites, digital learning platforms and digital marketing in general? As our Junior Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting and developing our digital presence across international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with web management, SEO, digital campaigns and marketing technology.

We are looking for a curious and proactive team player who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and develop alongside a growing international business.

Our corporate Marketing team plays a central role in strengthening the ColliCare brand, supporting sales growth, and driving customer engagement across all markets. Working closely with colleagues in multiple countries, we develop campaigns, content, digital platforms, and communication activities that position ColliCare as a trusted logistics partner and industry expert.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, update, and optimize content across the company's websites to ensure accuracy, quality, and a strong user experience.Support web development projects by coordinating content, testing functionality, and assisting with implementation and launches.Coordinate translations and publish content across multiple markets and languages.Ensure all website content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and business objectives.Collaborate with colleagues, agencies, and external partners to deliver engaging and effective web content.Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media channels.Assist with website analytics, content performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) and digital visibility efforts.Support the marketing team with various digital marketing activities, projects, and campaigns as needed.Required qualifications and background

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.0–2 years of experience within digital marketing, web content management, communications, or a similar role. Experience from internships, student projects, part-time work, or relevant assignments can be an advantage Experience updating website content using a CMS is desirable.Interest in web management, digital marketing, and user experience.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and/or digital eLearning platforms.Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.Experience with Microsoft 365, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage.Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, or similar web analytics tools is a plus.Native or fluent Norwegian languangeWhat can we offer?
