Water Quality and Disinfection Process Engineer

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.


• At least 10 years of specific experience in conventional disinfection (NaOCl, ClO2\), dosing kinetics, chlorine decay, ammonia, and disinfection byproduct formation (THMs, HAAs).


• Mandatory experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve complex water quality findings.


• Desirable: Prior experience in engineering, utilities, or water management projects within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain (preferred, non\-exclusive).


• English \+B1\.

• 100% Home Office.

Principal duties

• Chemical analysis execution


• Conducting and processing bottle tests


• Kinetic modeling and formulation


• Preparation of the final Design Guidelines.
