Job Title: Water Hygiene Account Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

We are currently recruiting for a Water Hygiene Account Manager to join a leading UK-based facilities and compliance organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Water Hygiene Account Manager to take ownership of key client accounts, oversee operational delivery, and drive commercial growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance standards and delivering a high-quality service. This role is well suited to someone with both technical expertise and strong client-facing skills.   • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Water Hygiene Account Manager

  • Legionella qualification (e.g. City & Guilds, BOHS or equivalent)

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong commercial awareness and sales capability

  • Experience managing engineers and client relationships

Duties:
  • Manage and develop water hygiene client accounts

  • Oversee service delivery and ensure full regulatory compliance

  • Lead and support operational teams, including engineers and supervisors

  • Drive revenue through upselling and new business activity

  • Provide technical guidance and produce performance reports
