Location: Ecosoft Warehouse, Poldergotestraat 7C, 9240 Zele, Belgium
Employment: Full\-time, 38 hours per week
Schedule: Full\-time, 38 hours per week. Monday: 08:00\-17:00; Tuesday\-Friday: 08:00\-16:30, including scheduled breaks.

We are looking for a reliable and hands\-on Warehouse Worker to join our team in Zele.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, organisation and warehouse safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and check quantities and condition.


• Load and unload trucks.


• Put goods away in the correct warehouse locations.


• Pick and pack customer orders.


• Prepare shipments for dispatch.


• Perform inventory counts and support stock control activities.


• Maintain accurate stock records.


• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.


• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift and reach truck, if certified.


• Follow warehouse procedures and health \& safety requirements.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics or inventory handling.


• Reliable, responsible and physically fit.


• Ability to lift and move heavy items and work comfortably in a warehouse environment.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.


• Forklift and/or reach truck certificate is an advantage.


• Flexible, proactive and hands\-on attitude.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Gross salary starting from €2,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.


• Full\-time employment contract \- 38 hours per week.


• 20 statutory paid vacation days per year, plus 10 Belgian statutory public holidays.
