Warehouse Operatives, we want to pay you over £32k per annum.

Starting as a Silver Rate on Nights you will earn £15\.60 per hour (including night shift allowance)

In addition, we offer all Warehouse Operatives the opportunity to earn an attendance and attitude bonus which is worth £1,040\.00 per annum – paid quarterly.

The role is based within our Warehouse Business Unit, where we cut carpets, flooring, and artificial grass, to fulfil our customer’s requirements, and it is the heart of our business operations.

We are currently looking for a VNA Driver, on our Night Shift – Sunday to Thursday 22\.00pm to 06\.30am at Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath, S63 7LG.

Job Summary

The key role of the job is picking and replenishing laminate, unload deliveries and to pick and manoeuvre flooring between sites in accordance with safe operating procedures.

Starting rate: Silver rate £15\.60 per hour, Gold rate £16\.10 per hour, Diamond rate £16\.60 per hour

Plus OTE £1,040\.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus \- Paid £260\.00 per quarter

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime

Shift pattern : Sunday to Thursday – 22\.00pm to 06\.30am

Overtime: Payable at x1\.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday \- Payable at x1\.5 weekends

Key responsibilities/requirements

· All operators are responsible for health \& safety on site, raising near misses and suggesting solutions.

· Manual handling \& FLT operations ensuring all system transactions are completed in full.

· Delivery of area KPI's for area worked.

· Reporting of any issues / obstacles to hourly KPIs to Shift Manager / Supervisor.

Competencies/Key Skills Required

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience within warehouse / labouring environment.

· VNA and Counterbalance licence essential.

· An understanding of H\&S is essential as well as to demonstrate knowledge of safety requirements within a busy Warehouse environment.
