✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Lead Inductions \& Manual Handling Training – Facilitate new starter inductions and SMART manual handling sessions to ensure safety and compliance from day one.
- Training Administration \& Compliance – Maintain and update training matrices, track refresher training schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Update Safety Documentation – Regularly review and revise Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs) to reflect current operational practices and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Planning Team – Work closely with the planning department to align training schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse activities.
- Warehouse training experience
- Warehouse operations experience
- Computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, training systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
