Warehouse Team Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager (Nights) to join our flagship M\&S site in Bradford. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.

We currenlty have two full time, permanent positions and the shifts are:

Sunday to Thursday \- Sunday 18:00 to 06:00, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 22:00 to 06:00 and Thursday 22:00 to 02:00\. (Does require 1 Saturday per month \- working 18:00 to 06:00\)

The 2nd role we are looking to fill is:

Tuesday to Saturday \- Tuesday 22:00 to 02:00, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 22:00 to 06:00 and saturday 18:00 to 06:00\.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £34,000\.00 per annum, plus up to 15% night shift allowance. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging targets


• You’ll ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resource and efficiencies


• With good understanding of Health \& Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings


• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects

• A proven track record at team leader level, within a fast\-paced warehouse environment


• The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
