Location: Worcester
Salary: £35,000

Current shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy operation in Worcester.

This is a highly operational role suited to someone who leads from the front, thrives in a physical environment, and can drive performance through hands-on leadership rather than office-based management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a warehouse team to achieve daily operational KPIs


• Act as a visible presence on the warehouse floor, setting standards and leading by example


• Ensure productivity, efficiency and accuracy targets are consistently met


• Monitor team performance and address any issues proactively


• Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including physical tasks where required


• Maintain high standards of health & safety and operational compliance


• Support management with continuous improvements within the warehouse function

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role


• Strong leadership style with the ability to motivate and engage a team


• Hands-on approach with a willingness to be fully operational


• Physically fit and comfortable in a demanding, manual environment


• Counterbalance forklift licence (desirable)


• Reach truck licence (desirable)


• Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance management
