Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team Leader & Warehouse Operatives – PM Shift

Hours: 2pm – 10pm, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £13.39 – £14.88 per hour, depending on role
Freezer Allowance: Additional £47 per week
Overtime: Available during busy periods

We are currently recruiting for warehouse staff to join a busy operation on a permanent PM shift, with opportunities available for both experienced Warehouse Operatives and a Team Leader.

These roles would suit reliable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment and have experience operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks.

Warehouse Team Leader – £14.88 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who can support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation while working closely with the Shift Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the smooth running of the warehouse shift


• Working alongside and supporting the Shift Supervisor


• Providing hands-on support within the warehouse operation


• Assisting the team with picking, putaway and loading


• Helping to maintain productivity and high working standards


• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed

Ideally, you will hold both Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences and have previous warehouse/team-leading experience.

Warehouse Co-worker – £13.39 per hour

2 positions available

You will be supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, with duties including:

• Picking and preparing orders


• Putaway of stock


• Loading and general warehouse duties


• Operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks


• Ensuring stock is handled safely and accurately


• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Candidates should ideally hold both Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences and have previous warehouse experience.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm


• 37.5 hours per week


• 30-minute unpaid break


• Additional £47 per week freezer allowance


• Overtime opportunities during busier periods, particularly in the run-up to Christmas


• Opportunity to join an established warehouse operation
