About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of warehouse operatives. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate fulfilment while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.

✅ Lead, manage, and develop a high\-performing team.

✅ Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.

✅ Maintain accurate inventory control and resolve discrepancies.

✅ Enforce health \& safety regulations and best practices.

✅ Identify and implement process improvements for continuous efficiency gains.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse/logistics environment.

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.

✔ Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.

✔ A proactive, solutions\-focused mindset with attention to detail.

✔ Understanding of health \& safety regulations and best practices.

What We Offer

Pay: Up to £35,000 per annum

Hours of work: 37\.5 hours per week

Monday\-Friday 13:00\-21:00

Holiday: 31 including public holidays increasing with service to 33 days including public holidays
