About the role: Reporting into Warehouse Manager

Responsible for working closely with the line Manager, with the supervision of the late shift at the Dartford site and any other requirements the business has. Promote and maintain high levels of communication with other departments within the branch, and manage the team and instil discipline. You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:

• Monitor work throughout the shift to ensure priorities are met.


• Assist shift members with problems encountered during the shift.


• Maintain high levels of communications so that assistance can be given to other departments as necessary.


• Ensure all goods prepared for dispatch are to the agreed standards.

• Excellent communication skills


• IOSH qualified – Training can be given.


• Knowledge of Toolbank systems (Progress, ASAP, STAR)


• Good computer literacy


• Good motivational/management skills


• Preferred FLT licenses (Counterbalance and Reach)

• Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:00am
