Warehouse Stock Controller
Primary Objective:
To ensure the accurate control of inventory in accordance with GDP \& GMP through proactive inventory audits \& regular cycle counts.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate control of goods \& stock in the warehouse (as per current SOP).
· Ensure transactions performed are accurate to the inventory records.
· Point of Contact for Customer Service inventory queries / EOM Checks \& Feedback.
· Support picking activities responding to operative inventory queries.
· Monitor storage levels of bulk consumables. I.e. Pester/Shrink/Pallet Wrap \& Pallets.
· Perform routine inventory audits \& cycle counts.
· Perform weekly consignment stock counts.
· Support EOM activities.
· Support Goods In \& Logistics in times of annual leave and/or sickness.
Other Responsibilities:
· Ensure goods delivered are checked, recorded \& transacted accurately (as per current SOP).
· Ensure goods delivered are GRN processed \& stored (as per current SOP).
· Ensure accurate shipment of goods out from Central Pharma (as per current SOP).
· Respond to daily internal comms for deliveries \& dispatches.
· Liaise with site team to notify and communicate inbound requirements.
· First point contact for supplier / customer deliveries into Central Pharma.
· Supplier / Customer comms to be logged accurately on Booking Manager.
· Report any defects/faults with FLTs, racking or lifting equipment.
· Willingness to train in other areas \& develop skills.

· FLT license desired but not essential. (Training can be provided.)
Pay: £29,000\.00\-£29,869\.00 per year
