We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Admin at Wath, Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7LG.
Package
Salary £28,080\.00 per annum (Plus OTE £1,040\.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus \- Paid £260\.00 per quarter)
Contract Full Time Permanent
Shift Patterns 40 hours per week
Rotating shift pattern Days and Afters
Monday to Friday \- 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:00 to 22:30
Overtime Payable at x1\.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday
Payable at x1\.5 weekends

Role overview
At Wilsons, our warehouse admins represent a crucial part of the team highlighted by the variety of daily tasks. Our admin team manages daily warehouse operations, focus on inventory accuracy, process inbound shipments, but supporting with the outbound ones too. Using our WMS system, a warehouse admin is responsible for tasks like tracking stock, running reports and ensuring excellent communication between warehouse and stakeholders, maintaining a smooth supply chain flow.

Key Responsibilities
· Inventory and stock control
Monitor stock levels, process receipts/packing slips, update stock locations, perform stock checks, investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Generates reports, manage shipping documentation

Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external parties.
· Data Management
Accurate data entry using WMS
· Quality
Conduct quality checks on goods, investigate and report damages

Reach Truck/Scissor Lift license preferred, but not essential
Receptionist experience preferred, but not essential
