Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented Warehouse \& Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations alongside managing sales administration tasks. The successful candidate will utilise their strong IT and organisational skills to ensure smooth workflows, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage sales administration processes, including order processing and customer correspondence using CRM software.


• Maintain and update inventory records using Microsoft Excel and Sage systems.


• Prepare sales reports and presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.


• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely stock movements and order fulfilment.


• Support customer service functions by responding promptly to client enquiries via email and phone.


• Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently using Microsoft Outlook.


• Ensure all administrative documentation is accurate, complete, and filed systematically.


• Assist in the organisation of warehouse logistics, including stock checks and inventory audits.


• Utilise computer literacy skills to troubleshoot basic IT issues related to office equipment or software.

• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.


• Experience with Sage accounting software is desirable.


• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.


• Good computer literacy and IT skills, including troubleshooting basic issues.


• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.


• Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous but not essential. This position is ideal for organised individuals who thrive in a busy environment and are eager to contribute to the efficiency of our operations through excellent administrative support.
