Warehouse Operatives, we want to pay you over £30k per annum.

Starting as a Reach Driver (Silver Rate) you will earn £14\.00 per hour.

In addition, we offer all Warehouse Operatives the opportunity to earn an attendance and attitude bonus which is worth £1,040\.00 per annum – paid quarterly.

The role is based within our Warehouse Business Unit, where we cut carpets, flooring, and artificial grass, to fulfil our customer’s requirements, and it is the heart of our business operations.

We are currently looking for a Reach Truck Driver – Days/Afters Rotating Shift \- at Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath, S63 7LG.

Job Summary

The key role of the job is to pick and manoeuvre flooring between cutting tables and despatch bays and process stock in accordance with safe operating procedures.

Starting rate: £14\.00 per hour attended

Plus OTE £1,040\.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus \- Paid £260\.00 per quarter

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime

Shift Pattern – Days and Afters Shifts on a rotating basis: 06:00 to 14:30 or 14:00 to 22:30

Overtime: Payable at x 1\.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday \- Payable at x 1\.5 weekends

Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks

· All operators are responsible for health \& safety on site, raising near misses and suggesting solutions.

· Manual handling \& FLT operations ensuring all system transactions are completed in full.

· Delivery of area KPI's for area worked.

· Reporting of any issues / obstacles to hourly KPIs to Shift Manager / Supervisor.

Competencies/Key Skills Required

· Minimum of 1 years’ experience within warehouse / labouring environment.

· Reach Truck licence essential.

· Health \& Safety conscious

· Good communication skills

· Work well within a team.

· Excellent timekeeping

· A determination to ‘get the job done’.

· Experience working to targets.
