shift schedule: 
12 Hour Nights: This is a night shift position, with hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. Team members will work every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Shift Differential of $2 per hour for night shift.
job purpose: The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, and completing necessary paperwork in a clear and accurate manner. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, they will execute the day-to-day functions to support the plant and maintain their work area in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition.
responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Adhere to best practices for food safety and quality, along with promoting the fairlife culture of Believe in Better</li>
<li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of the powered industrial fleet and other warehouse equipment with internal and external support.</li>
<li>Accurate receipt confirmations from suppliers, accurate data entry of receipts, accurate shipping documentation of outgoing material to customers, and organized filing of manifests, certificates of authenticity, and bills of lading.</li>
<li>Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions</li>
<li>Be Audit Ready: Have floors, drains, cooler, and posts cleaned as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate outbound and inbound material flow to support sustainable inventory levels in our 112,000 sq ft racked storage, and 90,000 sq ft high density ASRS</li>
<li>Inform other departments of necessary changes or inventory discrepancies</li>
<li>Take inventory of consumable supplies daily ensuring that we have sufficient quantities</li>
<li>Will participate in cycle count program</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li>
</ul>
 skills/qualifications required:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience (food and beverage experience a plus)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with handheld RF Scanner</li>
<li>Experience with powered industrial equipment</li>
<li>Basic Computer/data entry skills (WMS experience a plus)</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)</li>
<li>Ability to learn and demonstrate working knowledge of warehouse automation</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to work different shifts including off shifts</li>
<li>Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment </li>
<li>Proficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication, including reading and writing</li>
</ul>
 Working conditions and physical requirements:
<ul>
<li>12 hours sitting/standing/walking</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Reaching/bending frequently</li>
<li>Temperatures from 34 degrees to 77 degrees</li>
<li>Frequently reaching from floor level to shoulder level done during 8-hour workday</li>
<li>Exposure to ammonia, acids, caustics, chlorines, paints, particles, oils and lubricants, steam, pneumatics, fumes.</li>
<li>Proper use of PPE and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to flex scheduled working hours based on operational needs and situations</li>

<li>Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas.</li>
<li>Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.</li>
<li>Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.</li>
<li>Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.</li>
<li>Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming products in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.</li>
<li>In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.</li>
