Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for a reliable and hands\-on Warehouse Operative to join a busy operations team in Wokingham. This is an entry\-level role with full training provided, ideal for someone looking to build a career in logistics, warehousing, or stock control.

You’ll be part of a structured team responsible for receiving, preparing, and dispatching equipment, ensuring stock is handled accurately and efficiently.

Monday – Friday, 09:00\-17:30

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, check, and log incoming deliveries and equipment

· Book in goods, purchase orders, and returns using warehouse systems

· Pick and prepare equipment for outgoing orders

· Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies

· Label, move, and store stock in correct warehouse locations

· Carry out stock checks and support inventory counts

· Load and unload vehicles safely using manual handling procedures

· Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards

· Support general warehouse operations as required

· Basic IT skills (data entry and simple systems use)
