Due to team growth, we are now offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Operative. Our warehouse is where precision meets pace and we’re looking for a sharp, safety\-conscious Warehouse Operative to help us keep the wheels turning.

This is more than moving boxes. It’s about delivering excellence at every stage of the supply chain, from goods\-in to dispatch, with accuracy, accountability, and a relentless focus on quality. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Every scan, lift, and stock movement contributes to our customer promise. What You’ll Be Owning

• Executing incoming goods, storage, and dispatch processes with speed and precision


• Maintaining robust stock control and accurate inventory management


• Conducting cycle counts and supporting stock takes


• Resolving queries and supporting operational problem\-solving


• Loading, unloading, and handling materials safely and efficiently


• Driving compliance with Health \& Safety, Environmental standards, and company policies


• Upholding quality standards and achieving individual performance targets


• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the warehouse

Safety isn’t a box\-ticking exercise here. It’s a mindset. You’ll be responsible for your own wellbeing and that of your colleagues at all times.

• External and in date VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) licence \- Essential


• External and in date Counterbalance forklift truck licence \- Essential


• Proven warehouse experience \- Essential


• Own transport \- Essential due to location and no public transport


• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths \- Desirable


• Flexibility and a proactive approach to shift work


• Access to your own transport (due to site location)
