Warehouse Operative

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy, growing team. Reporting to the Operations Head Manager and working to meet daily KPIs, the role includes picking and packing, customising product, assessing quality, inventory control, and general housekeeping.

We are seeking a reliable, ambitious and driven individual, who is keen to progress as the company grows. Flexibility is also key to this role; you will need to adapt as the workflow dictates and to manage tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload, and be a good team player within a dynamic and agile team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders to meet dispatch deadlines.


• Carefully pack customer orders ensuring product protection and presentation.


• Customise products to meet specific customer requirements.


• Perform minor product repairs as needed.


• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high product standards.


• Offload containers, check in goods, and label stock appropriately.


• Complete regular stock counts and location checks


• Carry out regular stock counting and location accuracy checks.


• Consistently follow warehouse health and safety (H\&S) procedures.

• Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role (Desirable).


• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.


• Excellent attention to detail.


• Effective team player with good communication skills.


• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload efficiently.


• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).


• Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous but not essential).


• Motivated to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Monday \- Friday on fortnightly rotating shifts:

Shift 1: 6:00 \- 14:30

Shift 2: 14:30 \- 23:00

Pay: £26,250\.00 per year
