Warehouse Operative - Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday)

Location: Poynton

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Weekly Hours: 37.5

The Role

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role within a busy environment where accuracy, teamwork, and safe working practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and collating customer orders.


• Loading and unloading vehicles using on-site lifting equipment (full training provided if required).


• Supporting general warehouse operations, including stock movement and housekeeping.


• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.


• Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet operational targets.

• Experience working in a busy or heavy-duty warehouse environment.


• Good numeracy and literacy skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• A proactive approach to Health & Safety.


• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.


• Positive attitude toward training and development.


• Reliability, professionalism, and pride in the quality of work.
