We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operative to join a busy operations team in Wokingham. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, ideal for someone looking to build a career in logistics, warehousing, or stock control.

You’ll be part of a structured team responsible for receiving, preparing, and dispatching equipment, ensuring stock is handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and log incoming deliveries and equipment


• Book in goods, purchase orders, and returns using warehouse systems


• Pick and prepare equipment for outgoing orders


• Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies


• Label, move, and store stock in correct warehouse locations


• Carry out stock checks and support inventory counts


• Load and unload vehicles safely using manual handling procedures


• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards


• Support general warehouse operations as required

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic


• Strong attention to detail


• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work


• Basic IT skills (data entry and simple systems use)


• Positive team player with a safety-conscious approach

• £24,784 salary
