Warehouse Operative

We are a growing logistics company seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Witham depot.

This role involves supporting the daily warehouse operation, assisting with both the morning inbound trunk sortation and evening outbound sortation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting freight into the correct delivery routes


• Assisting drivers with loading and unloading vehicles


• Ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently


• Maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse environment

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced warehouse environment


• Good attention to detail when sorting freight


• Reliability and punctuality


• Applicants local to the Witham area are preferred

Working Hours

37\.5 hours per week (split shift) plus overtime.

• Tuesday – Saturday: 6:00am – 9:30am


• Monday – Friday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm / 7:30pm
