Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (No weekend work)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team. The role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and operating forklifts. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

  • Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care.

  • Operate forklifts (training or valid licence required).

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines.

  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and checking deliveries.

  • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and targets.
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable but not essential.

  • Forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training).

  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
