Warehouse Operative
Location: Ashford
Contract: Ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.82 after 12 weeks. Overtime (over 37.5 hours is paid at time and a half!)
Hours: Monday–Friday, you need to be able to work all three of the below shifts:
- 08:15am - 16:45pm
- 09:30am - 18:00pm
- 10:45am - 19:15pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Ashford. If you enjoy hands-on work and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders ready for despatch.
- Assisting with general stock control and stock rotation.
- Handling goods-in and checking deliveries accurately.
- Using handheld scanners to track, pick and process items.
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Must have your own safety boots.
- Someone organised, dependable and happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
