WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – LICHFIELD
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Lichfield.
Immediate starts available. Monday to Friday working with rotating shifts, weekly pay, overtime paid at £20.12 per hour, and genuine Temp to Perm opportunities for successful candidates.

This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Production Operative or Warehouse Assistant.

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Performing general packing and re-packaging duties
- Labelling and completing promotional builds
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Reworking products as required
- Placing pens into blister packs in the correct order
- Completing scanning and stock control tasks
- Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
- Meeting customer order requirements accurately and on time
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- Basic level of spoken and written English
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand or move for long periods
- Previous warehouse, packing, production or manufacturing experience is beneficial
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment would be advantageous
- Full industry-related training and ongoing support provided throughout your employment
