Warehouse Operative (Night) \- Bedford Depot

Night Shift \- 10pm\-6am

40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 day rota (including weekends)

Temperature\-controlled (4°C) environment

90% performance £15\.03 per hour

100% performance £16\.49 per hour

110% performance £17\.95 per hour

120% performance £19\.41 per hour

All inclusive of £1\.89ph Night Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives at our Bedford Depot. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assemble customer orders


• Pick and load goods onto cages safely


• Input weighted items correctly


• Follow stock rotation procedures


• Perform various warehouse duties with precision and efficiency


• Properly mark and store assembled orders for dispatch

Some Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

• Essential

+ Numerate and literate
+ Warehousing and distribution experience
+ Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment

• Desirable

+ Ability to work in a freezer environment, earning an extra £1\.18ph premium.
+ FLT (Reach/VNA) licence, earning an extra £0\.60ph premium.
