We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our New Goods Warehouse and After\-Sales Support team based in Birmingham (B76 9EH). This is a full\-time position within the After\-Sales Department, responsible for supporting both daily warehouse operations and after\-sales processing tasks, including handling returned goods and assisting with warehouse organisation.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Handle customer and courier returns, including registration and processing
处理客户及物流商退件，包括登记及处理工作

Sort returned goods by category and condition

Re\-stock items that meet quality standards back into inventory
将符合标准的退件重新上架

Inspect new products, including appearance, accessories, and packaging condition

Carry out value\-added tasks such as relabelling, sticker application, and packaging adjustments

Support daily warehouse operations including shelving, stock maintenance, and housekeeping

Assist other warehouse areas when required
根据需要支援其他仓库区域工作

Requirements / 岗位要求

Previous warehouse experience is preferred
有仓库工作经验者优先

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physically fit and able to handle manual warehouse tasks

Good teamwork and communication skills
具备良好的团队合作及沟通能力

Flexible and able to support different warehouse areas when required

Basic computer skills for scanning, data entry, and system updates
