What you’ll be doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll support our Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of our Lichfield warehouse. Your day\-to\-day will include:

• Completing tasks accurately and efficiently, always aiming for high standards


• Proactively looking for your next task—no standing still here.


• Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies quickly


• Supporting and encouraging your teammates to create a positive working environment


• Playing an active role in team meetings and planning


• Ensuring goods\-in and goods\-out processes run smoothly and on time


• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times


• Following health \& safety procedures and reporting any concerns promptly

What we’re looking forEssential:

• A team\-focused mindset with a positive, can\-do attitude


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to work towards targets and KPIs


• Good communication skills and ability to use your initiative

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Previous warehouse experience (2\+ years ideal)


• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)


• FLT experience

Shift Pattern

You'll be working Monday\-Friday 14:00\-22:30, 40 hours per week.
