Warehouse Operative
A Warehouse Operative at KPT Solutions is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods within the warehouse and yard. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching items, stocktaking, and other general warehouse duties, as well as maintaining a clean and organised site.

Additional Responsibilities
- Operating machinery including forklifts and pallet trucks.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Occasional Overtime when the business requires.
- Annual stocktake, usually on a Saturday
- Variable shifts as and when required by the business ranging from 07:00 \- 17:00 \& 08:00 \- 18:00\.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Handle materials, stock items, and assist with stocking activities.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Prepare items for shipping and receiving.
- Load and unload materials at various sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Support team members in daily warehouse operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.
- Valid forklift license.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of materials handling equipment.
- Construction industry experience is advantageous.
