About Us

Create Bars \+ Events delivers premium mobile bar experiences for luxury events, corporate clients, private parties, and brand activations across the UK. We are looking for a reliable, hard\-working Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working as part of a team, and being involved in live events.

Key Responsibilities

• General warehouse support and organisation


• Picking, packing, and preparing stock, equipment, and glassware for events


• Loading and unloading company vans


• Cleaning equipment, bars, and glassware to company standards


• Following warehouse cleaning schedules and maintaining a tidy workspace


• Assisting with stock takes and equipment management


• Delivering equipment and mobile bars to venues across London and the UK


• Building and dismantling mobile bars and hired equipment on\-site


• Working on events as a Bar Support / Porter when required


• Driving company vehicles, including 3\.5T Luton vans


• Representing Create Bars \+ Events professionally at all times


• Supporting the wider operations team as needed

Working Hours

• Approximately 40\+ hours per week across the calendar year


• Standard shifts are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm


• Flexibility is essential as the role includes: early starts, late finishes, evening and weekend work during busy event periods

Requirements

Essential:

• Good grasp or written and spoken English language


• Previous warehouse, logistics, event, or similar relevant experience


• Full UK driving licence with no penalty points, no claims or driving convictions


• Ability to legally work full\-time in the UK


• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling


• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Professional attitude and appearance

Pay \& Benefits
