Responsibilities

• Handle materials with care, ensuring safe storage and movement throughout the warehouse


• Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely to load and unload shipments


• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate stock tracking


• Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling products efficiently for shipment


• Conduct quality control checks to verify product condition and accuracy before dispatch


• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing inventory for easy access and optimal space utilization


• Support shipping \& receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment or similar setting


• Knowledge of materials handling techniques and safety procedures


• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred


• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and repeatedly throughout shifts


• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating warehouse equipment is advantageous


• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
