Join Our Client's Team as a Warehouse Operative!
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Work Schedule: Any 5 days out of 7
Hours: Any 8.5 hours between 6am-10pm (Rotas provided in advance)
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

As a Warehouse Operative at our client's dynamic distribution centre in Northampton, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering top-notch service. Your role involves ensuring that sporting products reach customers on time, working in a fun, fast-paced environment with fellow sports lovers. Together, you'll boost efficiency, reduce lead times, and maintain high standards of quality while embracing the core values.
Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
- Order Processing: Collaborate with your teammates to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products for online customers and UK stores.
- Receiving & Quality Assurance: Assist in receiving and quality checking sporting goods
- Playing Sports: Enjoy opportunities to play sports during meetings, lunch breaks, or after work – it's a great way to relax and stay active.
- Picking: Engage in picking and packing, which involves some heavy lifting – think of it as a workout!
