Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Go Mix Max Trading Ltd is a growing logistics and fulfilment company based in West Bromwich, Birmingham. We provide warehousing, fulfilment and distribution services for e\-commerce businesses and international trade customers throughout the UK.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the day\-to\-day running of our warehouse and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide operational support


• Process orders and maintain accurate records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS)


• Prepare monthly invoices and assist with customer account reconciliation


• Maintain customer billing records and resolve account queries


• Record employee working hours and attendance information


• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations


• Produce reports and maintain operational documentation


• General administration and office support duties

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK


• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese (essential)


• Conversational English


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, e\-commerce fulfilment, customer service or office administration is preferred
