Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 + bonus (c. £5,000)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday early finish
Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the stores function. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll drive efficiencies, implement change, and develop a high-performing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading both people and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse/stores department


• Support ongoing improvement projects, including systems and process enhancements


• Drive operational efficiency through lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives


• Ensure stock accuracy, including leading annual stock counts and investigating variances


• Monitor and control operational costs such as transport and packaging


• Set and deliver KPIs aligned to business objectives


• Lead, train and develop the warehouse team


• Implement and maintain procedures, ensuring compliance


• Report on performance and progress to senior management

• Proven experience managing a warehouse or operations team


• Strong focus on continuous improvement and efficiency


• Strong organisational and project management skills


• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to deliver projects


• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
