Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily management of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless coordination of shipping, receiving, inventory control and process improvements. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and accuracy across all warehouse functions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Duties

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance, safety compliance, and adherence to operational standards.


• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate dispatches and deliveries.


• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain precise stock levels.


• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety standards through continuous improvement initiatives.


• Monitor profit \& loss statements related to warehouse operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational gains.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, forklift operation standards and other relevant certifications

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a warehouse or logistics environment with strong leadership capabilities.


• Extensive knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations best practices.


• Hands\-on experience with shipping \& receiving procedures, forklift operation, and warehouse safety protocols.


• Strong process improvement skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.


• Ability to analyze profit \& loss data to inform operational decisions and optimize resource allocation.


• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, third\-party vendors, and transportation partners.
