Warehouse Manager

KD Electronics is seeking an experienced and hands\-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and support continued growth across the business.

This role is responsible for warehouse performance, team leadership, operational efficiency, stock control, and ensuring the warehouse is organised, safe and operating to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain clear operational procedures


• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team


• Improve warehouse efficiency, productivity and workflow


• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting


• Ensure a safe, organised and well\-maintained warehouse environment


• Work closely with purchasing, sales and management teams


• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and stocktake activities


• Identify opportunities to strengthen warehouse operations and standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse management experience


• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Experience improving warehouse operations and efficiency


• Strong organisational, planning and problem\-solving abilities


• Good understanding of inventory control and stock management


• Comfortable using warehouse systems and reporting tools

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: €45,000\.00\-€55,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cork, County Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (required)
