Warehouse Manager (full Time)

warehouse / office administrator to work in a local, busy office taking incoming calls from both private and contract customers; making outgoing calls to book appointments for the white goods engineers. Perform stock control for all incoming spare parts, ensuring all boxes are labelled correctly, in proper racking location ready to picked daily for engineers parts list for the next day. Hours are 7,00 am \- 17\.30

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics


• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and shipping \& receiving


• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ERP systems


• Experience with profit \& loss management and business processes


• Supervisory experience with a focus on continuous improvement


• Familiarity with transportation management systems and 3PL operations


• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics and supply chain management.


• Manage shipping and receiving processes, optimizing the warehouse management system.


• Supervise staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to business processes.


• Analyze profit and loss statements to drive financial performance.


• Coordinate with transportation management systems and third\-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance operational efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a well\-organized warehouse environment.

Pay: £32,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
