Warehouse Manager

Warehouse / Stores Manager – Bathroom Company

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and self\-motivated Warehouse / Stores Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse and stock operations.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who takes pride in their surroundings, has excellent attention to detail and can see what needs to be done without being asked.

We want someone who will treat the warehouse as if it were their own — keeping everything organised, clean, tidy and running efficiently, without the need for constant supervision.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day\-to\-day running and organisation of our warehouse, including:

• Taking full ownership of the warehouse and stores


• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and fully stocked


• Organising bathroom materials, products, tools and equipment so everything is easy to find


• Receiving and checking deliveries


• Checking stock levels and identifying items that need to be reordered


• Preparing materials and orders for our installation teams


• Keeping accurate stock records


• Loading and unloading deliveries


• Ensuring the warehouse is maintained to a high standard at all times


• Keeping on top of general warehouse duties without needing constant direction


• Occasional deliveries and collections in the company van


• Helping the installation team with materials and logistics when required

The right person will be:

• Extremely organised and tidy


• Self\-motivated and able to work independently


• Someone who naturally takes ownership and responsibility


• Practical and hands\-on


• Reliable and punctual


• Physically capable of moving and handling bathroom materials


• Comfortable working without constant supervision


• A good communicator and team player


• Someone who notices problems and takes action to fix them


• Ideally experienced in a warehouse, stores, building supplies or similar environment

We are not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions.

We want someone who walks into the warehouse and thinks:

“This is my responsibility — if I see something that needs doing, I'll do it.”

Pay: €33,000\.00\-€36,000\.00 per year
