Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Warehouse \& Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of our small warehouse operations. This position is basic operation position , This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands\-on while also coordinating basic logistics to ensure smooth movement of goods to and from customers, candidate with high school education is qualifed for us , Bachelor’s and Master’s degree holders may be over‑qualified for this position.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring an organized, clean, and efficient workspace

· Manage inbound shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and properly storing goods

· Coordinate outbound shipments, including picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch

· Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks

· Handle basic logistics tasks related to customer shipments and returns

· Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers and couriers

· Support the processing of returned goods, including inspection and restocking where applicable

· Ensure compliance with relevant shipping and handling procedures

Logistics \& Documentation

· Arrange and track shipments to customers and partners

· Communicate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups

· Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists

· Experience with ATA Carnets is a strong advantage

Qualifications

· High school education is acceptable

· Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

· Basic understanding of shipping processes and documentation

· Valid forklift license or permit (or willingness to obtain one)

· Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus

· Experience with ATA Carnets is advantageous but not required
