About the Role

As a Warehouse Inbound Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring all incoming stock is received, checked, and processed accurately and efficiently. You will help maintain high operational standards while supporting the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries safely and efficiently


• Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes


• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies


• Accurately book stock into the warehouse management system


• Label and store products in designated warehouse locations


• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and scanners


• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment


• Work collaboratively with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams


• Follow all health \& safety procedures and company policies

• Previous warehouse or inbound goods experience essential


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment


• Basic IT skills and experience using scanners/WMS systems beneficial


• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
