Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Driver (Nights)
Location: Crittall Road, Witham
Salary: £14\.95 to £15\.60 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday \- 20:30pm\>06:00am

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a fast\-paced, hands\-on role in a dynamic logistics company? As a Warehouse Forklift Driver, working the night shift, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient movement of cargo to and from our warehouse and vehicles by using a FLT, pallet truck or by hand.

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:
Forklift Certified (Counterbalance) \- essential
Warehouse experience, including loading and unloading vehicles
Previous experience in loading international groupage trailers would be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety
A reliable team player with a flexible approach
Key duties \& Responsibilities:
Efficiently load, unload and move cargo using a counterbalance forklift
Manage stock and prepare goods for international shipping
Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time
Maintain warehouse organisation and safety standards
Wrap and unwrap goods and stock management
Work as part of a collaborative, high energy team
