Warehouse / FLT Picker

We’re looking for Warehouse FLT/Pickers to join our Ellesmere Port site.

As part of our manufacturing team, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our products to life and shaping the ongoing development of our growing organisation.

The Role

We are seeking an organised and reliable individual to support both production and despatch operations by accurately picking components from stock and packing finished goods for dispatch, ensuring all orders are fulfilled efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

To apply you need to demonstrate the following:

Key Responsibilities

· Pick components from warehouse racking in line with production requirements

· Deliver picked items promptly and accurately to the production line

· Pack finished goods for dispatch in accordance with company standards

· Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and documentation for all outgoing goods

· Maintain stock accuracy by following correct picking and booking procedures

· Carry out regular checks for damaged or missing items and report discrepancies

· Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times

· Assist with stock control, stock counts, and goods\-in activities when required

· Follow all health \& safety procedures and company policies

Role Requirements

· Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role preferred

· Ability to read pick lists, job sheets, and delivery notes

· Good attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast\-paced environment

· Basic IT skills

\-FLT licence (CB)

· Previous experience with handheld barcode readers

· Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
