Contract Type: Permanent (Full\-Time)

Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 6am\-2pm \& 2pm\-10pm on rotation

Location: Manton Wood \- Worksop

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to join our night operations team. This is a hands\-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high\-performing warehouse environment.

Working within clear operational guidelines, you'll lead your team to achieve daily targets while maintaining the highest standards in safety, productivity, and customer service.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct effective shift handovers, ensuring smooth continuity between teams

  • Deliver engaging pre\-shift briefings, outlining priorities and daily objectives

  • Review and act on previous shift performance and operational insights

  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with Health \& Safety standards

  • Manage team productivity, ensuring targets and KPIs are met

  • Ensure all products are picked accurately and dispatched on time

  • Provide on\-the\-ground leadership, support, and guidance to your team throughout the shift
