Gourmet House Caviar Lisboa is seeking a motivated, detail\-oriented, and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, purchasing activities, and logistics coordination while ensuring efficient day\-to\-day workflow in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.


• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.


• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and product availability.


• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming shipments.


• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries.


• Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation procedures.


• Perform regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations.


• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.


• Maintain accurate documentation for receiving, shipping, and purchasing activities.


• Generate inventory, purchasing, and operational reports.


• Update inventory management systems and databases daily.


• Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams to support business requirements.


• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.


• Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment requirements.


• Assist with delivery scheduling and transportation logistics.


• Support process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and productivity.


• Train and support warehouse staff when required.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.


• Handle urgent operational issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, or a related field.


• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.


• Experience using inventory management, ERP, or stock control software.


• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.


• Excellent time\-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Ability to perform effectively in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.


• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, purchasing, and logistics procedures.


• Experience preparing inventory and operational reports.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.


• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.


• Forklift certification is considered an advantage.


• Previous experience in food distribution, luxury food products, hospitality supply, or produce markets is an asset.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
