Peter Solberg Fine Wines is looking for a Warehouse \& Logistics Assistant to join our team in Søborg.
We are an international fine wine merchant with more than 25 years in the trade, currently on an ambitious journey to develop and scale our e\-commerce business across Denmark and international markets.
Behind every order is a logistics operation covering everything from purchasing and inbound shipments to inventory management, order fulfilment and international delivery. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of that operation.
The role is hands\-on, but we are not simply looking for someone to pick and pack boxes. We want someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, can identify patterns and inefficiencies, and wants to help us continuously improve the way our warehouse operates.
The role
Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Preparing domestic and international shipments
- Organizing stock and maintaining an efficient warehouse
- Inventory control and identifying stock discrepancies
- Working with our e\-commerce, inventory and shipping systems
- Coordinating with the wider team around incoming and outgoing goods
- Identifying recurring issues and helping improve warehouse processes and workflows
Who we're looking for
You may already have experience from a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or e\-commerce environment — and relevant experience is a definite advantage.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who:
- Is structured, reliable and detail\-oriented
- Takes responsibility rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Enjoys practical, hands\-on work
- Can recognize patterns and see where things can be done better
- Is comfortable working independently
- Understands the importance of accuracy when handling valuable products
- Is interested in logistics, e\-commerce and international trade
- Is comfortable working with digital systems
- Communicates well in Danish and/or English
Peter Solberg Fine Wines is in the middle of an exciting development.
What began as a traditional fine wine trading business has developed into an international e\-commerce operation serving customers across multiple markets. As we continue that journey, our warehouse and logistics operation needs to develop with it.
