Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time, f/m/d) - Second Hand-Toy Operations & Fulfillment

Tasks
---------

• Sorting \& product identification: Sort incoming children's toys and use our AI tools and online research to identify each product precisely. You decide which items go to our marketplace and which get donated to social organizations.


• Cleaning \& refurbishment: Carefully clean and prepare toys so every item leaves our warehouse in flawless, hygienic condition.


• Photography: Take high\-quality photos of the toys for our platform — great pictures are what make our customers click "buy".


• Quality management: Identify and classify product defects according to our grading standards.


• Product descriptions \& pricing: Create accurate, appealing product descriptions with AI support and set the right selling prices.


• Fulfillment: Own the shipping process — pick and pack orders, print shipping labels, and manage tracking numbers.


• Customer communication: Answer customer questions about products (size, condition, specific features) to keep satisfaction high.


• Process optimization: Work closely with the founders to improve, document, and automate our warehouse processes and grow our footprint in the circular toy industry.

Requirements
----------------

• You're based in Berlin and ready to work flexibly and independently on\-site.


• At least 6 months of practical experience in e\-commerce, re\-commerce, logistics, warehousing, or a comparable operations role.


• Structured, goal\-oriented, and proactive — even when tasks get repetitive.


• Hands\-on experience with smartphone photography.


• Comfortable working with digital tools; curiosity about AI\-supported workflows is a big plus.


• Good written English skills.


• Passion for sustainability and genuine interest in the circular economy.


• Bonus: familiarity with children's toy brands and products.
