Production LX is a growing technical production company supplying staging, lighting, audio, LED screens and technical production for festivals, concerts, corporate events, theatre and live experiences across the UK.
We're looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse \& Logistics Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations and logistics. This is a hands\-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our equipment, vehicles and projects are prepared to the highest standard.
You'll work closely with the Directors and warehouse team , helping to improve systems, streamline operations and support the continued growth of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Management
- Take ownership of the day\-to\-day running of the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
- Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and is ready for deployment.
- Manage stock control and equipment locations.
- Continuously improve warehouse systems and processes.
- Plan and manage equipment preps for upcoming projects.
- Ensure all jobs are prepared accurately and on time.
- Carry out quality checks before equipment leaves the warehouse.
- Manage equipment returns and post\-event inspections.
- Coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Plan vehicle loading and transport schedules.
- Support project logistics from warehouse to site.
- Ensure equipment arrives on time and in excellent condition.
- Manage servicing schedules across all equipment.
- Record repairs, inspections and maintenance.
- Identify damaged equipment and arrange repairs.
- Ensure equipment remains safe, reliable and event\-ready.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Support warehouse staff, apprentices and freelance crew.
- Help maintain high standards across the warehouse.
- Promote a positive and organised working environment.
- Attend events when required to support deliveries, builds and de\-rigs.
- Work alongside our technical teams on festivals, concerts, corporate events and theatre productions.
